Start to finish
Assess the cut or failure
We establish how far the failure actually runs. Repairing to the wrong boundary is why patches fail at the edges.
Sawcut to sound material
Cut back to solid concrete on a clean line, so the new work has something to bond and bear against.
Base & reinforce
Subgrade rebuilt and compacted, dowels or reinforcement placed to tie into the existing slab.
Pour, finish & seal
Matched mix, matched finish, joints cut and sealed, return-to-service date confirmed in writing.
